Procurement Contract Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Law, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Construction Management.

This role involves leading commercial governance during the project phase, collaborating closely with the project team, legal, engineering, sales leads, and procurement. The Procurement Contract Specialist will also close commercial negotiations with suppliers, provide guidance on claims and contract correspondence, and actively manage contractual risks and opportunities.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in subcontractor contract management, ensuring alignment with Fluence's commercial standards and broader regulatory compliance. This includes driving the process for contractual compliance to ensure optimal contractual, finance, and relationships with our subcontractors for new projects.

This specialist will be responsible for building strong relationships with our subcontractors, managing contractual risks and opportunities, and providing guidance on claims and contract correspondence.

In addition to these responsibilities, this role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, and sales.
