Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans to support patients in achieving their long-term wellness and recovery goals.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to address patients' functional and psychosocial needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and support patients' access to community resources.
- Participate in quality supervision and training to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture that prioritizes wellbeing and personal growth.
- Relevant qualification as an Occupational Therapist.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Valid Victorian driver's licence.
