Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Hand Therapy team at Austin Health. As a Hand Therapy Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective evidence-based clinical care to patients with traumatic, chronic, and post-operative conditions affecting their hand function.
### Key Responsibilities
* Provide assessment, treatment, and goal setting for patients with complex hand conditions
* Support and train Grade 1 OT staff members, assistants, and students
* Collaborate with the Grade 3 and 4 OTs to manage the clinical stream and workload allocation
### What You'll Need
* Extensive clinical experience in assessment, treatment, and goal setting of highly complex client groups
* Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire others
* Highly developed teaching and supervision skills with a commitment to growing the skills of your team
* Collaborative spirit and ability to build networks and strong relationships with peers and leaders
* Excellent communication and decision-making skills
