NECATS provides highly skilled clinical assessment and treatment options and works closely with local service providers and other specialist mental health services. This is an interesting and varied position working in the areas of Crisis Assessment Team, Telephone Triage, Emergency Psychiatry Service (Emergency Dept.) and PACER (Police and Clinician Emergency Response) on a 24/7 rotating roster.- The role offers-

Specialist secondary consultations,
Clinical leadership,
Support, and oversight of delegated duties to members of the team,
Network with stakeholders and carers,
Participate in quality improvement activities
- Required skill set and qualifications include current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) with 5 - 7 years' experience (discipline dependant) in a clinical mental health setting, engaging in enhanced mental health/ risk assessment and management, well developed communication skills, networking, and interpersonal skills.
