About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for processing all outbound consignments, providing service centre assistance, and responding to queries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all outbound consignments
  • Provide service centre assistance, including reception duties
  • Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with couriers for outbound pickups and inbound queries
  • Conduct shipment inspections and reweigh shipments as needed
  • Prepare freight for airline lodgement

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and professional manner
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Intermediate-level MS Office skills in Word and Excel
