**The Role**

We're seeking a highly motivated and proactive Inbound Sales Associate to join our team. As a Critical Situation Response Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and converting inbound sales enquiries, nurturing client relationships, and driving long-term success.

You'll be the face of our organization, building strong connections with our clients and helping them find the perfect solution for their needs.

We're looking for someone who is driven, results-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

**What You'll Do**

As a Critical Situation Response Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound sales enquiries and converting leads into sales
  • Nurturing client relationships to drive long-term success
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with clients

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
