The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting timely follow-up interviews with patients post-injury, accurately recording patient responses in the VSTORM database, and providing vital administrative support by arranging appointments, handling mail-outs and addressing routine patient inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough and timely follow-up interviews with patients post-injury to gather critical data on their physical, mental and health-related recovery from trauma
  • Accurately record patient responses in the VSTORM database
  • Provide administrative support by arranging appointments, handling mail-outs and addressing routine patient inquiries
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require relevant educational qualifications, such as a certificate in office administration, or a combination of experience and training in similar fields. Strong communication and organizational skills, keen attention to detail and the ability to manage time and meet deadlines are also essential.

Our estimated salary for this role is $64,486 - $72,589 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation.
