Customer Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to our mission of empowering people to navigate critical situations. You'll be responsible for managing and converting inbound sales enquiries, as well as nurturing client relationships to ensure long-term success.
