Job Title: Mental Health Consultant

We are seeking a passionate professional to join our national team focused on mental health and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering training, coaching and team facilitation services. Experience in conflict resolution, psychological assessments, change management and strategic human resource solutions is highly desirable.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high quality consulting services in the areas of mental health and wellbeing, recognising and anticipating real or potential risks and providing appropriate recommendations for intervention.

You will also explore solutions which optimise workplace health and wellbeing, partner with clients to design and deliver evidence-based training programs, and deliver team assessments in various organisational environments.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Registration as a mental health Professional (i.e. Psychologist or Social worker)
  • Experience working in complex organisational human resources environments
  • Experience designing and delivering adult education and training programs
  • Conflict resolution skills and accreditation with the Mediator Standards Board is desirable
  • Psychometric assessment skills is highly desirable
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
