Job Title: Environmental and Occupational Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our site-wide HSE systems in a large-scale mining operation.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies aligned with regulatory standards
  • Drive incident response, proactive safety culture, and training programs
  • Oversee audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and team mentoring

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in HSE leadership (mining/construction/heavy industry)

  • Proven ability to implement Safety Management Systems
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and training skills
