Overview

We\'re expanding: A high-grade operation in scenic regional NSW with 10+ year mine life, A$500M+ NPV, and first production in 2025. Targeting 80-90,000oz AuEq annually.

The Role

Lead health, safety, and environmental strategy during our transformative development phase.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement site-wide HSE systems aligned with regulatory/compliance standards
  • Drive risk management, incident response, and proactive safety culture
  • Oversee training programs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor teams and embed safety as a core operational value

We Need
  • 8+ years in HSE leadership (mining/construction/heavy industry)
  • Diploma/Degree in OHS/Environmental Science or related field
  • Expertise in NSW legislation, incident investigation (ICAM), and risk management
  • Proven ability to implement Safety Management Systems
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and training skills
