As a Communications & Engagement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Aftersales team in implementing policies, plans and objectives to achieve high levels of employee engagement and zero harm. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and reviewing agreed communication and engagement strategies to align with business objectives
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to managers in developing policies and standards
  • Contributing to the communication of corporate vision, goals and news through various channels
  • Maintaining accurate and timely reporting systems to inform business decisions
  • Preparing and distributing effective communication materials and presentations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business, communications, human resources, commerce or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2+ years' accumulative experience in project coordination, time management, corporate communications and employment engagement
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to build relationships
