As a key member of our Commercial segment, you will cultivate and enhance customer relationships with HR and executive teams. Your expertise in SaaS solutions will help identify growth opportunities and ensure customers maximize the value of our product offerings.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with 4-6 years of experience in revenue growth roles focused on expansion, customer-facing, with a high volume of accounts (120+).

The ideal candidate has a proven background in the SaaS industry, particularly within HR Tech or related fields. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, especially when engaging with HR professionals and executives.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $95,000-$110,000, plus benefits such as Employee Share Options, Programs, Coaching, and Budgets to help you thrive personally and professionally.

About the Role:

  • Develop comprehensive understanding of customers' unique business needs, industry trends, and communication styles to craft tailored solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to increase product adoption, focusing on volume-driven strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Deepen connections across various levels within customers' organizations, promoting widespread adoption of our solutions.
  • Conduct research on customers' businesses to bring valuable insights and targeted questions to meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Engage thoughtfully with customers, using layered, open-ended questions to uncover their objectives, challenges, and aspirations.
  • Employ a customer-centric approach to develop strategic account plans that emphasize efficiency and volume, mapping key stakeholders and fostering strong relationships.
  • Effectively utilize CRM and sales tools to manage account activity, track progress, and ensure best practices are consistently applied.
