We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team at Authentic Taste of India.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook food in accordance with our menu, ensuring high-quality dishes that meet our standards.
- Food Safety and Handling: Ensure food handling and storage comply with food safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Menu Innovation: Create and test new recipes, experimenting with flavors and techniques to innovate our menu and enhance customer experience.
- Team Leadership: Oversee food plating and garnishing, maintaining consistency and artistic presentation, and lead the kitchen team to achieve our culinary goals.
- Culinary Qualifications: AQF associate degree, Certificate III, Certificate IV, or Diploma certification in relevant Hospitality qualification.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Chef, with a strong knowledge of cooking methods and operating kitchen tools and equipment.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time and flexible to work on a rotating roster.
