About the Role:

  • Provide high-level professional personal assistance to the Managing Director, Health Services, including calendar, email, and phone traffic management across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, reports, and other documents for meetings and events, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, adhering to Bupa's travel policy and procedures.
  • Develop and deliver key internal communications on behalf of the Managing Director, Health Services.
  • Nurture a dynamic and collaborative culture within the EA team and across the organisation.

  • A seasoned professional with strong organisational skills, excellent communication expertise, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in a complex organisational environment with diverse business portfolios.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a proactive positive attitude.

What We Offer:
