Job Opportunity: Knowledge Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Knowledge Manager in our organisation. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in strategic planning, improvement activities, and project management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading various projects related to the outcomes of the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide. Key tasks include:

  • Providing expert advice and support across multiple projects and regular product reviews.
  • Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk indicators.
  • Presenting insightful reports to senior leaders, highlighting risks and proposing improvement ideas.
  • Contributing to long-term strategic planning for our organisation's future direction.
  • Coordinating Program Board reviews and following up on actions.

This role requires leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and disciplines. The selected candidate will have a strong background in research, mental health, communications, and data analysis.

Our primary goal is to support individuals affected by sexual misconduct and prevent it from occurring within our organisation. We adopt a person-centred approach, prioritising the well-being and safety of all individuals involved.
