Key Criteria

  • Australian Citizens with a TSPV clearance
  • Ability to commence early to mid 2026
Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the organisation's knowledge management framework

• Build, curate, and maintain accurate and user-friendly knowledge articles

• Establish and manage content lifecycle and review processes

• Provide training, guidance, and templates to uplift the capability across teams

About You

• Strong experience in ICT or service-focused knowledge management

• In-depth understanding of ITIL frameworks

• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, governance, and performance reporting
