About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Content Specialist to join our team in developing and maintaining high-quality system and team documentation.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with other teams to create content tailored to their needs and manage publication through a Content Management System.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, reviewing, and maintaining system and team documentation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create content suitable for various audiences and purposes
  • Managing content published on websites and web systems, ensuring accurate information architecture
  • Working closely with technologists to create and review content for IT and business projects
  • Providing input into project documentation storage and maintenance for record-keeping and re-use

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to write clearly and concisely for different audiences, and understand the importance of knowledge management.
