Hotel Guest Experience Expert Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Hotel Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Marriott International.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Hotel Guest Experience Expert, you will be responsible for delivering warm and sincere greetings, engaging guests in conversation, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, issuing and activating room keys, and coordinating with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms.
  • Provide guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard station to answer guest calls, monitor busy or unanswered lines, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning.
Requirements
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification from a nationally accredited training provider.
  • I'm Alert Food Safety Certification from the City of Perth.
  • Experience working in a customer service role is preferable.
  • Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
