About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Personalised Guest Experience Specialist to join our high-performing team. As a passionate 'people-person', you will be the heart of our workplace, providing tailored services to tenants and visitors, and administrative support to foster a sense of community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet everyone in a warm and welcoming manner, register visitors, answer and direct calls, assist with transportation, and provide local attraction information and other service-based or administrative tasks as assigned.
  • An extension of our facilities management team by responding to Tenant Service Requests, requesting building and housekeeping services as needed, and periodically inspecting common areas and amenities to ensure good operating condition.
  • Perform general administrative duties and coordinate customer experience initiatives, events, online content for our Host building app, booking amenities, and retail support and promotions.

About You:

  • Ideally possess previous Front Desk, Concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form genuine rapport and meaningful relationships.
  • Superior problem-solving and customer service skills with a passion for delivering an outstanding user experience.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible with the ability to work independently.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, handheld mobile technologies, and applications.

Compensation:

Our estimated salary range for this role is AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
