Workforce Coordinator Job Description

This is a permanent part-time position in Mornington, supporting the delivery of Home Care Packages and Support at Home Program.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the scheduling of Direct Care Workers to ensure timely and appropriate service delivery.
  • Ensure client needs, care plans, staff availability, and service standards are met.
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce coordination, preferably in the aged care, community services, or health sector. Strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using scheduling software are essential.
