About the OpportunityStep into a pivotal role where your impact will be felt from day one. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing & Sales Enablement, you'll be at the forefront of designing and launching dynamic lifecycle initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Customer-Centric Journey Design - Contribute to the development of the B2B Lifecycle Marketing Strategy in mapping customer needs and designing communication journeys that add value at every touchpoint.
- Data-Driven Program Execution - Lead the development and execution of prioritised B2B lifecycle initiatives aligned to the overarching strategy and commercial goals.
- Sales Enablement Platform Support - Contribute to the ongoing management and optimisation of the Seismic platform – ensuring sales teams have timely, relevant, and approved content to support customer conversations and campaign execution.
- 1:1 Communication Strategy Execution - Lead and execute personalised 1:1 communication strategies for major campaigns and programs, ensuring the right message reaches the right customer at the right time through the most effective channel.
- Content & Experience Creation - Collaborate with internal SMEs to craft content and orchestrate customer experiences that meet project briefs.
- Performance Analysis & Optimisation - Continuously analyse lifecycle performance, experiments, and customer success metrics. Apply a test-and-learn mindset to optimise journeys and ensure every interaction delivers impact.
- Governance & Best Practice Leadership - Champion direct communication best practices and ensure compliance with email industry standards.
- Innovation & Competitive Awareness - Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitor activity and emerging technologies.
