Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

The Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction through strategic campaign execution. This specialist will leverage marketing automation platforms to drive lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute lifecycle campaigns, including briefing creative assets, copywriting, and content creation within CRM systems.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure platform features meet standards and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to create compelling customer journeys and implement platform enhancements.
- Provide training and support to Braze superusers and the Content team on platform best practices.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a CRM role, with exposure to marketing automation platforms like Braze, Adobe, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Bachelor's degree required; front-end development skills desirable.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and data privacy regulations.
- Basic project management skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate across stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a curious and agile mindset.
- Passionate about customer-centric approaches and committed to compliance and continuous improvement.
