
High-Performing Inside Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Team Leader to spearhead our high-performing sales team in the Asia Pacific market. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a team of skilled sales representatives, and fostering a culture of excellence.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline generation.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, lead, and manage a high-performing team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Create a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, inclusiveness, and accountability while supporting career growth and development.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales leadership to develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement and qualified pipeline.
- Establish clear priorities and strategic direction, ensuring alignment across the team and continuous improvement in process and productivity.
- 8+ years of inside sales management or team lead experience within the high-tech or enterprise IT industry, preferably within the Asia Pacific market.
- Demonstrated success in building, managing, and scaling high-performing inside sales or SDR teams.
- A proven sales track record, either in an inside sales or field sales capacity.
- Strong familiarity with sales methodologies, tools, and technologies including Salesforce, Outreach/InsideSales.com, ZoomInfo/Discover.org, etc.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure—storage, virtualization, cloud, or data management—is strongly preferred.
- Experience collaborating with channel sales teams and/or field sales on joint pipeline generation strategies.
