You will generate customer interest in meeting with our Sales Team.
We seek an experienced candidate with excellent communication skills from a B2B background to join our dynamic Inside Sales Team. You will lead a motivated team driven by purpose and shared objectives. We expect you to be ambitious, proactive in prospecting new clients, and eager to understand customer needs while surpassing KPIs. Success in this role requires being an effective lead qualifier, team player, and a coach/mentor for your team.
Your daily responsibilities at FOSSInvolved in:
- Supporting your team with data accuracy in Salesforce and SAP ERP
- Mentoring and coaching team members on Salesforce and SAP ERP
- Handling escalations as the go-to person
- Monthly reporting and direct communication with MD
- Customer visits to promote FOSS and upsell contracts
- Generating new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound calls
- Routing qualified opportunities to sales managers for development and closure
- Closing inside sales orders and achieving quarterly quotas
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest for external sales
- Maintaining and expanding your prospect database within your territory

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of sales experience, primarily via phone and digital meetings
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM (preferably Salesforce)
- Experience in the feed, grain, lab, or meat industries is a plus
