High-Performing Sales Lead

We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional to join our team in Melbourne.

Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales targets and providing an optimal consumer experience through staff productivity and fostering a positive selling environment.
- Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
- Representing the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Executing and maintaining established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
- Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
- Coordinating team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
- Sharing best practices to drive the overall store team performance.
Experience in retail leadership, visual merchandising, and stockroom procedures is highly regarded.
