Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and play a meaningful role in leading the day-to-day store operations. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will have a significant impact on creating memorable experiences for customers and helping them complete their DIY projects.

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Lead the day-to-day store operations to ensure high-quality customer service and sales growth.\
  • Support the store leadership team in driving business results and achieving sales targets.\
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.\
  • Induct and train new staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.\
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards to support store marketing plans.\
  • Coordinate stock levels and manage inventory to meet customer demand.\

Requirements:\

  • Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.\
  • A passion for customer service and developing others.\
  • Ability to coach and develop others, provide constructive feedback, and get the best out of a team.\

  • Ability to work varied retail hours, including evenings and weekends.\
