You'll take pride in your store and use visual merchandising to support store marketing plans.
Support the store leadership team Lead by example to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers Coach the team on the right service behaviours Induct and train the team Ensure merchandising standards align with business requirements Coordinate stock What we need from you Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment A passion for customer service and developing others Ability to coach and develop others, provide constructive feedback and get the best out of a team Ability to achieve results and maintain standards by working with your team Open communication style Be approachable and confident when interacting with customers Eagerness to learn about new products Be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours How to apply Submit an application and complete an online chat interview (20 minutes) If successful, the next step includes an online video interview (15 minutes) If you're a match, you'll be invited to an onsite meet and greet with our leaders (30 minutes) You'll be part of a workplace where you'll feel like you belong.
