Daily Site Operations Manager

**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily site operations at our Portland Site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing receival and shipping operations, cleaning and pest control activities, and coordinating the movement of commodities through the terminal.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site operations and staff
- Optimize receival and shipping operations, cleaning and pest control activities
- Coordinate the movement of commodities through the terminal
Requirements:
- Prior management experience with an understanding of port operations or supply chain environment
- Ability to liaise with customers and understand their requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office programs
- General knowledge and understanding of OH&S and Work Cover legislation
- Experience in operating machinery is highly beneficial
