Job Opportunity

As a Assistant Store Manager, you will have a meaningful role in leading the day-to-day store operations, ensuring your team creates memorable experiences and helping customers complete their DIY projects.

Responsibilities
  • Taking pride in your store and using visual merchandising to support store marketing plans.
  • Supporting the store leadership team by providing guidance and expertise.
  • Coaching the team on the right service behaviours and developing their skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading by example to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers.
  • Inducting and training new team members to ensure they understand the company's policies and procedures.
  • Coodinating stock and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for customer service and developing others.
  • Ability to achieve results and maintain standards by working with your team.
  • Open communication style and being approachable when interacting with customers.
