Job Title: Executive Coordinator
About the Role:
- Coordinate and perform daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Provide top-notch support to our service team, utilising exceptional organisational skills and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet clients, answer phone calls and emails.
- Perform general administration functions, including filing, records management, and data entry.
- Offer administrative support to our local team.
- Manage petty cash and corporate cards.
Required Skills:
- Experience in a similar role and a friendly personality.
- Calm and well-organised approach to work.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Competency with database systems, financial, and records management systems (desirable).
