About the Role:

As the Executive Services Officer, you will play a key role in supporting senior leaders and the wider regional team.

You'll be joining a workplace that values diversity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while contributing to the delivery of quality education services across North Queensland.

Responsibilities Include:

This position provides high-level executive and administrative services, including:

Diary management.

Travel coordination.

Records management.

Preparation of correspondence and reports.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, assist in organising events and meetings, and ensure the seamless flow of information across the region.
