We are seeking an Employment Consultant to support and guide clients on their employment journey. This role involves using customer service skills to build rapport with clients, assess job seeker skills, and identify barriers to employment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, assessing job seeker skills, identifying barriers, and implementing intervention strategies.

The Employment Consultant will also provide pre-employment assistance through vocational counselling, training, job search skills, and work trials/work experience to increase capacity for employment.

Skillset & Qualifications

Applicants should be self-driven, resilient, and experienced in Customer Service. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to use computer systems are essential.

A current NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain one is required.
