Job Title: Workforce Planning Specialist

About the Role

This role involves providing critical workforce planning support to operational teams, ensuring effective management of day-to-day operations.

The Workforce Planning Specialist will be responsible for monitoring call and message queues in real-time, leveraging workforce planning tools and contact centre technologies to provide actionable insights and impact assessments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy Contact Centre & Messaging environment, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with well-developed planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities include scheduling resources aligned with business KPIs, service levels, and training objectives, as well as developing and maintaining accurate employee records using specialised workforce planning tools.

The successful candidate will be able to meet objectives and targets while working to deadlines and managing priorities, with great problem-solving and analytical ability.

  • Experience in a busy Contact Centre & Messaging environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-developed planning and organisational skills.
  • Great problem-solving and analytical ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software, with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
