Job Description
The primary goal of the Workforce Planner is to align people, processes, and planning to optimize performance across various operational sites. This role requires an experienced professional who can partner with operations leadership to develop workforce strategies that support business objectives.

About The Role
This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with JD Edwards (Oracle) ERP software.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operations leadership to align workforce planning with business strategy and site needs.
- Support forecasting, scheduling, rostering, mobilisation, and real-time optimisation of the workforce.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, HSE, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop tailored workforce optimisation strategies for each village to enhance efficiency and control labour costs.
- Utilise workforce management systems to streamline planning and analyse performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on operational data and trend analysis.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise agreements and rostering conditions, maintaining qualification and induction records.

Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Technology, or Law.

Skills
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with JD Edwards (Oracle) ERP software.
  • Familiarity with Kronos Time and Attendance platform.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in digital systems for analysis, reporting, and management.
