Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Inbound and Inventory teams in Sydney.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all functions within these departments to ensure performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, manage, and monitor the workings of all inbound and inventory team members
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt of Supplier Purchase Orders and Internal Company DC to DC transfers
  • Ensure stock take processes are followed with Root Cause investigation and solutions provided
  • Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Industrial Technology, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Stock Control and Inventory Management experience is essential
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
