Assistant Head Coach

This is a pivotal role within our operations function, requiring a skilled leader to oversee and drive the success of our Back of House team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large teams, with expertise in stock management, logistics, rostering, development, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize the efficient operation of our Back of House Function, ensuring seamless execution of logistical requirements through effective training, development, facility management, store communications, and payroll coordination.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering an exceptional work environment through strategic recruitment, employee development, and performance management.
  • Implement process improvements and leverage tools to achieve sales and inventory targets, execute inbound stock planning, loss prevention, and stock management initiatives.
  • Support senior leadership in driving business strategy, focusing on key priorities for the Back of House Function.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the Logistics team, ensuring they meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable standards and guidelines.
