About the Role:This is a senior leadership position that oversees a team of ambassadors, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to multitask. They will be responsible for providing guidance and support to their team members, ensuring seamless execution of guest services.
Main Responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly and provide them with relevant information about property amenities, services, and hours of operation.
- Coordinate luggage storage and retrieval processes, transporting guest belongings to and from designated areas efficiently.
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed, recording advance requests accordingly.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests, ensuring their needs are met to their satisfaction.
- Serve as a departmental role model, assisting management in training, scheduling, evaluating, motivating, and coaching talents within the team.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in hospitality is highly valued.
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
