CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER ROLE

Vog Business Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a highly professional, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a full-time Customer Service Manager. We are looking for someone with a strong background in customer service management who can lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support and training as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support and training as needed
  • Oversee the timely and accurate processing of services to be provided to customers and address any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, providing prompt and effective resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order management and customer support
Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent in the relevant field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a managerial capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
