Channel Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Food Service Channel Manager.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in sales within the food and beverage industry, specifically in the Food Service channel. They will possess leadership skills to support their team in development and day-to-day management, commercial acumen to ensure competitiveness in the market, and an ability to think strategically.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a network of distribution partners to ensure brand representation and best-in-class route to market
  • Developing strong relationships with roaster partners to maintain our position in the coffee community
  • Developing and implementing joint business plans with key distribution partners to stimulate growth
  • Leading strategic planning and execution for the channel
  • Managing a team of territory managers
