Job Description: Channel Sales Manager (Entry Level) – ANZ
Role Overview
We are seeking an Entry Level Channel Sales Manager to support Cooler Master's business growth in the ANZ region. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with strong interest in sales, marketing, and the gaming/PC hardware industry. You will start by assisting senior managers with reseller engagement, marketing activities, and channel operations, with the opportunity to grow into a full Channel Sales Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Sales
- Assist in driving the VIP Hero Program for reseller engagement (rebates, MDF, performance tracking).
- Support seasonal campaigns (Back to School, EOFY, Black Friday, Christmas).
- Help coordinate shop-in-shop demo setups and clearance sales.
- Prepare channel price lists and assist with rebate processing.
- Conduct SRP compliance checks with guidance from senior managers.
Marketing Support
- Contribute to vendor co-marketing campaigns and prepare QBR reports.
- Assist in managing social media and influencer activities across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Help build and grow relationships with community partners and onboard new ones.
Operations & Support
- Provide basic end-user support (troubleshooting, parts requests).
- Monitor warehouse stock, distributor shipments, and sample stock flow.
- Share regular updates with HQ and join product roadmap meetings (quarterly).
Routine Tasks
- Daily: Outreach to community/media, content review, user support, warehouse tracking.
- Quarterly: Product roadmap updates, ANZ activity reports.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Internship or part-time experience in sales/marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Interest in PC DIY, gaming, or tech communities is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a channel management role.
