About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Capability Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to drive capability development and maximize workforce performance through innovative learning and development solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Capability Development Initiatives: Lead the development and implementation of capability development initiatives to drive business outcomes.
  • Performance Consulting: Provide performance consulting services to identify and address performance gaps.
  • Product Ownership: Own the development and implementation of capability solutions.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership on best practices in learning and development.
  • Capability Solution Development: Develop and implement capability solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research to understand the problem, opportunity, or challenge, and analyze learning data to improve learning experiences.
  • Project Management: Manage projects to deliver capability solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in learning and development.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in consulting, designing, implementing, and delivering successful performance improvement and capability development initiatives.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, adult education, learning, psychology, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and organization skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in learning and development methodologies, tools, assessments, principles, practices, instructional design, and product management practices.
