About the Role

This is a hands-on opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, improving processes and procedures, providing support and managing the full employee lifecycle. You will have the chance to drive positive change, not only for the employees but also for the clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement
  • Improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and support ER/IR cases, ensuring compliance with legislation and awards
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and communication
  • Lead projects and initiatives to build culture and capability within the organization
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on employee lifecycle management
  • Thorough understanding of legislation and awards, with experience in managing ER/IR cases
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and liaison skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Valid QLD driver's license, Blue Card, and NDIS Worker Screening (current or willing to obtain)
