Job Description

About Us:

We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative leader to join our team of professionals who inspire excellence and align with our values of integrity, justice, compassion, and excellence.

The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of Care Workers across Sydney's Inner West and Parramatta region to deliver exceptional person-centred home care services within Anglicare At Home.

  • Lead, mentor, and support your team, fostering a culture aligned with our Christian mission and values.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with legislative and organisational standards.
  • Manage scheduling and coverage to ensure continuity of care, addressing planned and unplanned staff absences.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and managing a team of 20-40 Care Workers.
  • Ensuring delivery of exceptional person-centred home care services.
  • Managing scheduling and coverage to ensure continuity of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • A Certificate IV or higher in Aged Care/Community Services or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a team leader role within aged care or community services.
  • Strong understanding of community-based aged care services.
