The Nurse Unit Manager position is a vital leadership role within our healthcare organization.
We are seeking an exceptional individual to manage a dedicated team, providing excellent patient-centred care and service to optimize outcomes and maximize experience.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience in managing an Emergency Department and be part of a supportive and progressive management team.

- Proven ability to lead a team, providing teaching, coaching and mentoring is crucial in developing staff capabilities.
- Professional self-awareness and reflective practice are essential for personal growth and development.
In order to excel in this role, you will need:
- To be currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- To hold a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification.
- To have a minimum of 5 years' clinical care experience in a relevant specialty.
