Job Opportunity

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing merchandisers, driving sales growth and expanding the customer base within their assigned territory through effective in-store promotions and commercial planning.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers within the Impulse and Convenience channel.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with stand-alone and multi-site customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with wholesalers and internal customer teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage casual merchandisers within the assigned territory.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Regional Travel Requirements
  • Visit clients, prospects, and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Travel will include approximately 3 nights away from home per month.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and/or FMCG, preferably in the Impulse channel and/or Supermarkets including store or department management. They should also possess basic Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PowerBi skills. The ability to travel regularly, staying away from home every 3-4 weeks for 2-3 nights each trip, is essential.
