The Opportunity
Join our team as a Business Development Manager to take the Celsius brand to the next level within the fitness channel (Gyms & Supplements Stores). CELOSUS inspires people to LIVE FIT by empowering them to achieve their daily goals and maintain an active lifestyle.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front—building impactful partnerships, sharing the Celsius story, and driving sustainable, long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Win new business – Identify, target, and convert opportunities in the fitness channel through cold calls, presentations, and trade show networking.
- Expand Celsius' reach – Increase physical availability, visibility, and distribution across gyms, studios, and other fitness outlets.
- Build powerful partnerships – Work closely with internal National & Key Account Managers to bring customers on board, set them up for success, and execute impactful promotional activity.
- Deliver on strategy – Execute channel plans, fridge placements, and partnership programs that put Celsius in the spotlight.
- Manage the numbers – Keep trade spend within budget, forecast sales, and track performance against KPIs.
- Be the face of Celsius in fitness – Respond to customer needs quickly, represent the brand at industry events, and bring the energy everywhere you go.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A passion for the fitness industry – whether through personal interest, hobbies, or previous work in gyms, sports nutrition, or supplements.
- Sales experience, proven success in business development or new business generation, ideally within beverages, FMCG, fitness, or supplements.
- A hunter mindset – proactive, persistent, and passionate about winning, with a track record of identifying opportunities and turning them into lasting partnerships.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from gym owners to national distributors.
- Knowledge of the gym and fitness supplements space (e.g., Nutrition Warehouse) and how to build commercial partnerships in the channel.
