Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver targeted training programs that enhance leadership skills and capabilities.
  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives to ensure continuity and growth within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong background in generalist HR practices.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employment law, including Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and Workplace Health & Safety legislation.
