We are seeking a Strategic HR Generalist to join our organisation. This is a true HR generalist position, involved in all aspects of the employment lifecycle from recruitment to talent management and development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide guidance, coaching and advice to business leaders
- Manage recruitment outcomes with a team empowered by well-established processes and automated tools (ATS and onboarding)
- Drive a positive ethics-based working culture where company values, policies, procedures, and people initiatives are paramount
- Support the business to manage industrial relations & employment relations matters
- Manage remuneration, performance and talent processes
- Lead and develop an HR team to reach their full potential
- Support a working environment where employees feel engaged, rewarded and valued
- Manage Workplace Health and Safety compliance
- Support wellness programs and healthy mind and body initiatives for employees
- Contribute to people initiatives and projects both State and Nationally focused
