Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to visit retail outlets, observe store presentation, service, and selling skills, and provide valuable feedback.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will pose as a customer, make detailed observations, and complete surveys online about your experience. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, good communication skills, access to the internet, and is flexible with their availability.

The number of assignments offered will depend on your ability to successfully complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability. Surveys can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, have a keen eye for detail, and are comfortable providing feedback.
